Be who you are

Creativity and Pastoral Care

There is a growing body of evidence indicating the profound effect engagement in the arts and creativity can have on health and wellbeing. The arts bring us alive, nourish our curiosity, help us learn, and improve relationships and environments. Our creative interventions can help young people to:

  • develop self-reliance, self-esteem and emotional resilience.
  • consider their roles as active citizens.
  • tackle problems and take positive action.
  • recognise and cope with significant transitions in their lives.
